We are seeking a part-time, on-site, Experienced Management Duo to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our beautiful 12-acre, 50-space Adult Mobile Home and RV Community, located along the scenic Sacramento River in Los Molinos, CA.
The ideal team will bring a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic, and a positive, community-focused attitude that fosters pride and harmony throughout the park.
Core Team Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day community maintenance and upkeep
- Manage and Maintain resident files including. lease move-ins / move-outs
- Respond promptly ro emergencies
- Rent collection and deposits
- Maintain general plumbing, electric, sewer issues
- Perform hands-on grounds maintenance of facilities and amenities.
- General Landscaping, grass mowing, tree pruning and overall care.
- Maintain park owned units - including minor repairs on turnover
- Interact with residents in a professional, compassionate, welcoming and service-oriented manner
- Enforce community rules and standards with diplomacy and fairness.
- Market vacant spaces when needed
- Applicant screening and qualifying potential tenants.
- Conduct site inspections and meter reads
- Basic computer skills - Email, Spreadsheets, Word, Excel, Correspondence
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, team members, vendors, and owners
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Proper serving of all rule violation notices and legal notices
- Coordinate and supervise park team members, subcontractors and vendors as needed
- Take the necessary steps to ensure both appearance and integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times
- Identify maintenance issues and address park improvement with the owner
- Communicate all property issues in a timely manner to Owner
- Keep a detailed log book documenting all resident requests, incidents, park needs, communications etc
Experience and Requirements
- Prior Property Management and Maintenance experience a must
- Prior General Maintenance & Landscaping experience
- Knowledge and experience with general plumbing, electric, sewer issues
- Must be in good health and physical condition. Must be able to perform duties including lifting, climbing ladders, standing, crouching, working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Must be Detail Oriented and have Strong Organizational Skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check along with drug screening and physical capability test
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance
- Knowledge of Mobile Home Laws and Fair Housing a plus
- Must live on-site

- Onsite Housing or Full Hook UP
