We are long-term owners and operators seeking an onsite management couple for a high-quality and well-maintainted 200+ space senior manufactured home park. 'the community is located in a quiet suburb of Northern California, 45 miles east of San Francisco and 30 miles south of Napa Valley.

Prior property management is preferred.

Day-to-day responsbilities are to be split between the couple and include:

• Resident communication
• Propsectivre resident paperwork and rent collection
• Supervision of onsite maintenance personnel
• Oversight of community projects
• Enforcement of community standards and guidelines
