Mango Creek Lodge is an eco resort in Port Royal, Roatan. Our business is ongoing and the  managers are retiring so the company is seeking a couple to  continue the traditions of eco resort, fishing/diving excellence and overall memory-making enjoyed by all.

The recognition of 3rd Best Saltwater Flyfishing Resort and 7th Most Romantic Eco Lodge are added to the hundreds of guests who have rated Mango Creek Lodge 5 Star in TripAdvisor.

Hard work, water only access, remote operations are all part of the program. Not for the weak spirited.

Cruisers welcomed, boozers discouraged. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Private housing, room and board, vacation and air travel are offered. Some salary available.

The perfect couple will possess skills related to hospitality, vessel and equipment maintenance, solar and wind power, water sports, hotel and restaurant activities.  We have our own gardens, both flower and produce, and want to extend our poultry.
