**Help Wanted: Maintenance Supervisor Couple**

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking couple to join our team as Maintenance Supervisors for our family-owned real estate business in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Our portfolio includes 100 units that we rent weekly to vacationers in the summer and to University of Rhode Island students in the winter.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance tasks across all properties.
- Manage routine upkeep including landscaping, repairs, and renovations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Supervise cleaning and preparation of units between occupancies.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability to handle emergency situations outside normal business hours.
