A 100 acre property in Aspen CO is seeking an experienced team to manage all aspects of property upkeep and maintenence, including caring for animals. A list of the required skills is below. 

Outdoor Skills:

- Care for animals including horses, chickens and dog

-Exercise Horses

-Care for barn

-Maintain and build fences

-Maintain pastures, irrigation, and ornamental gardens

-Maintain ditches, trails and driveway

-General handyman work and troubleshooting equiptment problems

-Operate tractors, chainsaw, four wheeler, snowmobile, lawn machines

Indoor Skills:

- Cleaning high end home

-Cooking

-Shopping & errands

-Some driving

Salary depends on experience level, but an apartment with utilities included is part of the compensation package.
