Looking to fill a job-for two?

Employers, welcome to THE site for couples looking for "work for two" opportunities. This service is absolutely FREE for you, or we now have a a premium placement option or a pay-for-performance option. The process is designed to be very simple for you to use. All you need to do is register with us, decide which type of listing you want, and you may post as many jobs as you need. When you fill them, you may delete the jobs you posted. Just register/login and start posting jobs.

Remember to include the following in your posting:

• 1. Scope/nature of job
• 2. Anticipated start date
• 3. Short-term or permanent? If temporary, how long?
• 4. Job skills/experience required and/or desired
• 5. Compensation package (in general terms - room/board/benefits/salary/stipend, etc.
• 6. Anything unique or particular to your job opening or geographic location.

You can post jobs immediately after you register for free. The jobs typically appear on the website within 24 hours after you post, allowing time for editorial review.

If you need to cancel or edit your posting after you post, just login again and edit or remove your posting. We reserve the right to edit job postings for the sake of clarity. If you don't like an edited version of your job posting, please contact us so we can resolve it.

Premium Listings

We now have high-visibility premium listings available. There is typically a limit of two per state, and they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. They are at the top of the appropriate location page AND category page and highlighted. Unlike our free listings, which are not guaranteed to run for any length of time, these postings run for a minimum of 7 days!

Hire a LOT of couples? NEW Pay-For-Performance Option! 

For companies or organizations that frequently hire couples, we have a more cost-effective pay-for-performance option.  You pay absolutely nothing for running your ad.  You only pay $15 per pre-qualified* couple that submits a resume to you (through us, anonymously. Only contact the applicants you feel are qualified and that you want to converse further with).  This way you can control your recruiting costs AND keep a steady stream of applicant couples in the pipeline.  We will invoice you on a monthly basis for any pre-qualified resumes you have received from us. *We manually pre-screen to make sure it is actually a couple (singles removed), that there are two resumes (or a combined resume), that they are geographically appropriate, and that the resumes are in a format that can be opened. This ensures that your recruiting staff is spending their time more effectively.
