Resident Management Team, Self Storage.

Southern California growing company with an entreprenuerial spirit is seeking a 2 person professional team with proven success to live on-site to oversee all aspects of our 700 unit+ state-of the-art sunny California Self Storage facilities. Weekends required. 40 hour work week for each team member $50,000-$60,000 Salary/bonus package with living quarters included.

Atlantic Beach Resident Storage Manager Couple Needed. Storage Management Experience is required. Compensation includes two bedroom apartment residence with utilities, competitive salary, plus bonuses.

Property Management Couple needed, willing to live on site to manage and maintain our mobile home park in the Rio Grande Valley. Sales and Mangement experience a must. Bi-Lingual preferred.

We are seeking, most importantly, one expert in all mechanical equipment to include generators, outboard motors, boat repair, and auto repair. The other half of the team would possess either landscaping/gardening expertise, or electrical, plumbing, and overall handyman skills. This is an on-site, on-call, full time position. Quality housing, food, travel needs, plus a combined salary of $1,000 US per month. Seeking 3 month (or longer) commitment.

As a Management Team member, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining an enriching environment for our residents. You will supervise and direct the activities of the staff to ensure that food service, housekeeping and maintenance are performed at optimal levels. You will also participate in the planning and directing of all programs necessary to make the community profitable and successful. As a member of the Management Team, the Co-managers will assist in developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy for the retirement community. Consequently, possessing the knowledge and skills of relationship based marketing and sales are essential.
