We are a very seasoned , and optimal couple to completely enhance, enhance, fortify, clean, manage, upgrade, define, beautify, organize, command and raise your entire home and property to its highest level of visual ambiance and its most productive efficiency. We bring 23 yrs of live in expertise and integrity within large estates and private homes. We are very focused, calculated, defined, synchronized, organized , meticulous, caring, conscious or your every need and desire. We do know the heartbeat of ones residence and property and optimally apply all our services and talents to pervey to you the most grandiose results with heart felt smile and 300 per cent aim to please attitude. We are very committed and passionate about providing the most positive and harmonious atmosphere to address any task. Between us both its not a question of what to do, yet what not to do. We possess very energetic, and versatile work ethics and implement a daily protocol and scheduling to assure no stone goes unturned. I keep a weekly schedule on my computer of all daily tasks, appointments, priorities, engagements, purveying , vendor appointments, dates etc.
As so we are all clear and can acknowledge and reference every detail for maximum results and productivity without any error or communication breakdown. I believe in great communication as a very integral tool to benefit both client and domestic couple to assure a most harmonious relationship and clear sailing. We are both very attentive and conscious of your privacy as well and name sake . We do every aspect of full ch. Housekeeping, and cleaning, laundry and iron, make beds and change linens, full stock and inventory management with purveying, petcare and grooming, int. and ext. maint. Work with trouble shooting and handy man work ( carpentry and painting also ) driving, errands, guest care, landscape, yard work, indoor and outdoor plant care and maint. Pool cleaning and maint.
Bookkeeping, travel arrangements, bring in mail and disperse properly, relay message s to you while you are away, chef level culinary and cooking skills for any occasion, and can do daily or weekly menus, dinner parties and cater large parties , on call 24 - 7 as needed. And always on property in your absence for any reason, travel, business trip, vacation, seasonal travel etc. I am very extreme and direct in my approach each day to make sure every task is complete and assignment complete. From top to bottom. I do security checks at night and am very conscious of any trouble spots mechanically or whatever.
