Resident Property Management Couple for stable, upscale 55+ manufactured housing community located in Santa Rosa, Ca. The positions are full time and require an energetic, self motivated team with strong customer service capabilities.

Administrative duties include collection of rents, documentation for resident files and processing and screening of applicants for residency in the community, invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling and daily interaction with residents, including conflict resolution. Skills required are basic computer knowledge for use with Microsoft Word, Outlook and on-site management software; professional appearance and ability to interact calmly and professionally with clientele.

Maintenance duties include hands on general maintenance of common areas, the ability to meet time lines and schedules; rule enforcement, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance, supervisory capabilities, subcontractor approval and supervision. Skills required are general maintenance and repair abilities pool maintenance experience is preferred, professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with clientele.

Lovely down to earth Rochester, NY based family seeking an experienced couple to oversee their three modest homes all on the east coast. You will be based in Rochester and will travel throughout the year to Nantucket and Florida. Live-in quarters are lovely and are separate from the main home. This couple will consist of an experienced Housekeeper and an experienced Caretaker/Driver. Both will be responsible for cooking, basic housekeeping, (housekeepers in place in two homes) errands, and groceries. This Couple will assume responsibility for the entire residence and maintain its orderly operation and meticulous appearance. Salary range up to $120,000 plus excellent benefits. Car is provided in all three locations.
