Management Couple looking for Senior Mobile Home Community or Apartment Complex Management Position

My husband is 51 and I'm 49. We currently manage a mobile home community in Ohio. We are looking to go south preferably Tn, Fl, La or Tx but would consider other states but nothing further west than Tx. We are looking to manage a senior mobile home community or apartments or a storage facility. We would consider a caretaker position or any other possibility. My husband is currently Maintenance Manager at the community we manage now. He oversees all maintenance and does refurbishing of the mobile homes that are corporate owned. He also did maintenance for a rental property and motel owner for approx 5yrs. He was a carpet & flooring installer for approx. 20 yrs. He also worked on the side over the years for his brothers constuction company. He poured concrete, laid block, did ceramic tile etc. He is a perfectionist.
I manage the office which consists of collecting rents and entering into rent manager, handling evictions, buying homes for the company, renting lots, lease/purchasing homes to residents, managing company checking, paying bills and handling payroll for employees. I also listed & sold real estate for 8 yrs. I was Office Manager for the real estate company I worked for. I paid bills and payroll, handled bookkeeping, prepared ads, attended closings and board meetings. I also worked for their auction company. I clerked the auctions for 2 yrs then I managed their food concessions for 5 yrs. My husband & I currently own a food concession trailer that we take to local fairs & festivals. It is the 3rd trailer we have owned. We owned a Farm Market that was doing very well but we lost our lease when the property changed owners. We worked clean-up after Hurricane Katrina & Rita.
