In charge in designing new bottle carriage based on client’s scope of work.

Modify bottle carriage design using AutoCad software in order to fit client’s finished products.

Makes necessary estimate of materials and labor needed for the completion of the project.

Present to the client the design itself and the estimated materials to be used for discussion.
§
Supervise the on-going fabrication and assembly of parts needed of the project.
§
Assist the installation of the project at the job site and also supervise client’s personnel during commissioning.

In charge in sourcing activities of multiple items from local and foreign sources for production and sales.

Attends project meeting and plans purchasing schedule by studying availability of materials specially imported items which need more transit time.

Order processing, control & expedite goods & services in support to production and sales.
§
Assess project proposal submitted by contractors and make sure that the scope of work stated in their proposal is within the scope work tackle in the pre-bidding before going to production process.
§
Preparation of relevant drawings made by the engineering staff for parts fabrication and assembly.
§
Facilitating the delivery and the manpower needed for the installation at the project site.
§
Ensure the safety of personnels during the installation of the project.
§
Monitor the project during test-run and the initial production.
§
Makes necessary reports needed for the turn-over the project to the client.
