The Co-Manager's position is a unique opportunity for couples who truly enjoy working with Seniors and working together! As a Management Team member, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining an enriching environment for our residents. You will supervise and direct the activities of the staff to ensure that food service, housekeeping and maintenance are performed at optimal levels. You will also participate in the planning and directing of all programs necessary to make the community profitable and successful. Holiday Retirement was founded in 1971 as Holiday Retirement Corp. (HRC) a management company with general partnership.
The Company currently employees 7,500 people with approximately 200 located in its company headquarters in Salem, Oregon.
Holiday Retirement, with its predecessor HRC, has spent the last 36 years developing the infrastructure for the management of multiple retirement projects in the United States and Canada while maintaining a consistently high quality of service for Holiday residents.
