We are an energetic couple from Finland, Europe, and looking for a job primarily located in the US for a year at most. Other locations, however, will also be considered. We are both 21, and plan to take a gap year together for work and to experience another culture. We can start in mid-september 2008 and work until next summer.

She:
* Studies law in Helsinki University.
* Speaks fluent finnish, swedish and english. Good skills in french.
* Current occupation: part-time law firm assistant

He:
* Studies in Helsinki University of Technology (to Master of Science).
* Speaks fluent finnish, swedish and english. Basic skills in french.
* Very good skills in IT, mathematics and physics.

We are both realiable, non-smoking, athletic and share a love for children, although we do not have any of our own (yet). We live in a common-law marriage, but are planning to get married in the near future. We are not heavy partygoers, but rather appreciate a lifestyle involving calm evenings with good company.

We are primarily looking for a job as a nanny/au-pair/assistant or similar, but do not hesitate to contact us regarding other positions. We are more than happy to travel with You, if needed. Salary is negotiable. Traveling expences (two-way from Finland) and an extensive insurance should be covered. If the position is in the United States, help with acquiring visas will be needed. We will apply for visas as soon as we find an employer.
