The Co-Manager's position is a unique opportunity for couples who truly enjoy working with Seniors and working together! As a Management Team member, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining an enriching environment for our residents. You will supervise and direct the activities of the staff to ensure that food service, housekeeping and maintenance are performed at optimal levels. You will also participate in the planning and directing of all programs necessary to make the community profitable and successful.
