The on-site managers would be responsible for check-ins, light maintenance, mowing and yard upkeep, answering phone, laundry, light record keeping, and normal upkeep to facility, but do not have to clean rooms. Apartment on premises and utilities provided. No pets. Office and apartment are smoke free.
