On-Site Innkeeper (Couple) - Bradenton, FL

Motel Property Owner seeks permanent full time Onsite Innkeeper (couple) for daily operations of 17 unit residential motel (mixture of daily, weekly, and monthly) and adjacent 9 units.

Duties Include:

• Collection of rents and basic record keeping.
• Responsible for turning over vacancies when guests/tenants vacate the unit.
• Responsible for general housekeeping: cleaning rooms, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, laundering linen, sweeping and mopping.
• Responsible for maintaining general appearance of the property: sidewalks, parking lot, hallways, and common areas.
• Responsible for accurate weekly and monthly preventative maintenance of units and building.
• Maintain flexible work schedule to cover vacancies or customer issues.  
• Insure that projects are completed on timely basis.
• Responsible for additional work related assignments as requested by Manager.

Physical demands:

• Able to stoop, bend, kneel, walk, carry, lift, manual dexterity.
• Able to lift @30 lbs regularly and @50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to perform light maintenance, work with tools, work with cleaning supplies, and  cleaning agents.
• Five day work week on call remaining two.

Compensation:

Compensation package of  $28,000 for year: Includes salary, 2 bedroom living quarters, water, electric, cable, laundry, and 2 weeks vacation after one year service.
