The Organization

We have been transforming lives through love for forty years. Headquartered in Long Island, NY, Timothy Hill runs a Residential Program for at-risk young people and Retreat Centers in two other states.

We have a long history of sharing hospitality and seeing lives transformed through love, and invests in its staff to see them develop, grow, and be the best they can be.

The Position

We are looking for a Site Director to oversee operations in Massachusetts. In addition to building and managing bookings at the Retreat around the year, this position will oversee and be responsible for six weeks of Christian summer programming for children and teenagers at the site. We seek a hospitality-minded team leader to manage operations, direct summer camp and build a strong team at the Retreat. A background in camping and/or guest services and management is desired. A competitive package is provided including generous time off, medical benefits, and the option of on-site accommodation. In addition, there are other positions to be filled in maintenance, hospitality and sales. This position would suit a couple who are looking to work together.

The Location

The Retreat is located two hours west of Boston on the pristine Norwich Lake, nestled next door to the Berkshire Mountains. Set on a beautiful 97 acre property, the newly renovated Retreat is a beautiful place for groups, families and organizations to retreat, relax, and be refreshed.
