Seeking experienced resident managers for a 100-unit 55+ mobile home park in Jacksonville, OR.
Located in the lovely foothills of Southern Oregon, Western Carriage Estates offers its residents a beautiful setting along with community amenities (clubhouse, pool, RV Storage and more). The managers (couple) live on-site in provided housing.
Manager responsibilities include:
· Administration: collect rent, maintain financial records and prepare reports
· Facility Maintenance: inspect grounds, perform minor repairs, monitor well/pump system and maintain pool
· Resident Relations: liaison with owners, respond to resident’s concerns, and manage compliance with rules and policy
· Prospective Tenant Relations: review rental applications, screen applicants and provide information
Qualifications
· Experience managing multi-unit property preferred
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
· Experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse community
· Ability to manage conflict
· Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access and Publisher
· Ability to work independently and make decisions
· General maintenance skills
