Large property management firm seeking Experienced property managers to run a 98 & 124 site mobile home community located in Charleston, IL.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person. Ablity to tour community owned homes for sale with potential residents and discuss benefits of community living.
- Customer service and follow-up skills with current potential residents of a community.
- Self-motivating and able to complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and detail oriented skills required
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific demands of the day
- Able to physically push and/or pull, open and close doors, climb steps to inspect or show a property
- Able to stoop and/or bend in relation to showing and inspecting a community owned homes.
