Holiday Retirement is currently hiring for Co-Manager Couples.

The Co-Manager's position is a unique opportunity for couples who truly enjoy working with Seniors and working together! As a Management Team member, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining an enriching environment for our residents. You will supervise and direct the activities of the staff to ensure that food service, housekeeping and maintenance are performed at optimal levels. You will also participate in the planning and directing of all programs necessary to make the community profitable and successful. As a member of the Management Team, the Co-managers will assist in developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy for the retirement community. Consequently, possessing the knowledge and skills of relationship based marketing and sales are essential.
